If you are a SEO or PPC user this might just change the way we do things.  If you are a searcher on Google you might like the new additions Google has done to make the user interface even more relevant.

Things like Google Instant Search Changes, SEO, PPC, Local Search, Google Maps, User Interface, Citations, Reviews, Google Places all might be changing.

This changes a lot of things for PPC Marketers as well as for organic search results.  Look at how the preview covers the PPC ads.  I think that it will be massively important to have a video preview on your web page so that you can get the 50X clicks.  This instant search probably makes it a much better experience for the users however a possible challenge for those that don't keep up.
